Nonprofit Pal — From Inspiration to Impact.

Terms of Use

Educational planning service. Nonprofit Pal helps users organize nonprofit plans, records, and official-resource links. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, investment, or funding advice and does not file government forms.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for checking current government requirements, reviewing drafts, protecting account credentials, obtaining professional advice when needed, and approving every filing, payment, or organizational decision.

Third-party resources. Links to government agencies, grant directories, banks, crowdfunding platforms, and other services are provided for research. Nonprofit Pal does not control, endorse, guarantee, or promise results from them.

One-time plans. The $99 New Organizational Guide and $199 Existing Organization plan are one-time payments that include 12 months of the access described at checkout. They do not renew automatically.

Ongoing Access. The $24.99 Ongoing Access plan renews monthly until canceled. Eligible customers can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Access after a plan ends. When editing access ends, saved information may remain available in read-only form for viewing and downloading, subject to the service's retention and security requirements.

Charges and refunds. Contact protected Support promptly about a mistaken or duplicate charge. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and any refund required by applicable law will be honored. Reaching a checkout success page alone does not create access; verified payment confirmation is required.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or enter passwords, full bank credentials, private keys, or Social Security numbers into planning fields.
