Privacy Notice

Nonprofit Pal stores the account and organization information you choose to enter so you can save progress, return on another device, and prepare downloadable planning records.

Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, full EINs, bank or routing numbers, API keys, private keys, or private financial credentials. Account authentication is handled through Supabase, and payment details are handled by Stripe when payments are enabled.

Nonprofit Pal uses first-party, daily totals to understand page visits, registrations, checkout starts, verified payments, and signed-in workspace activity. These totals do not store names, IP addresses, form answers, document contents, search terms, referrers, or browser fingerprints.

Organization records are separated by account and organization access rules. Important access, consent, payment, and administrator actions may be kept for security and audit purposes.

For an access, correction, export, or deletion request, sign in and use Support so the request can be tied to the correct account.
